Happy First Birthday Carleigh!!!
We can’t believe Carleigh is already a year old! We are so lucky to have such a well behaved, amazing, beautiful daughter. In her first year she’s been lucky enough to do quite a few things. We hope we can continue to spoil her even after her brother arrives!
We want to thank all of the family and friends who have not only spoiled Carleigh, but also helped Tiffany and I through our amazing daughter’s first year! THANK YOU!
Trips & Achievements
Only a couple weeks after her birth, she made her first trip to the fair!
Carleigh is lucky enough to have a great great grandfather and great great grandmother alive and well. That makes this 5, you heard it, 5 generations:
Carleigh went all the way across the country with mommy & daddy to Florida to see the Miami Dolphins beat the San Diego Chargers:
A week long ski trip to Lake Tahoe was in order for February which Carleigh loved. I don’t know if there’s much she doesn’t like!
Balboa Park is a beautiful place in San Diego to spend a few hours, or even a whole day. Carleigh enjoyed her first trip there:
Carleigh also got a taste of the Jeeping world on a RV Camping weekend trip to Calico Ghost Town… here was her RV sink bath:
For her first Angles game the Angels played against the Detroit Tigers who were destroyed 10-5 by our Angels!
Carleigh went with mommy and some of her friends to Disneyland for her first time.
Popi Brian and Grandma Teresa made Carleigh the best Jeep. Carleigh even won her first trophy for the “Most Rockin’ Jeep w/ 10″ or smaller tires”!!! Here’s Carleigh showing off her “#1” status:
We got to go to the Hemet-Ryan air show with Stephanie and Brandon. Carleigh didn’t watch the planes too much, but she loved watching all the people, dogs, kids, etc.
Carleigh has been to the beach a few times, but among her favorite trips was the one we put her on the swings!
After her Birthday party we went bowling and Carleigh rolled her first gutter ball!
Went to the fair again in 2009 already… so far Carleigh is 2 for 2!!!
